While we are continuously working to accommodate a larger audience of Pailuvers in the future, at this time we only ship within the United States.
Due to all of our pieces being handmade, please allow for 1-2 weeks for your order to be completed/shipped and 5-10 business days for delivery (depending on carrier).

Returns

We take quality very seriously and want you to love every Pailu product you purchase. If something is not quite right with your order please contact us at : help@PailuSilk.com and we will do our best to assist you. In the event of something being wrong with your order, you can return items for store credit. Returns are good for 10 days after delivery.
